THE final batch of S-70i Black Hawk helicopters have arrived for the Philippine Air Force (PAF), as part of its efforts to improve its air assets and equipment.
The five additional Black Hawks, which were delivered via an Antonov aircraft to Clark Air Base in Pampanga, arrived on Monday from Poland.
