BACOLOD CITY: Minors are still not allowed in malls here while the city is still under Alert Level 4, the Department of Health (DoH) in Western Visayas announced on Monday, November 8.
Dr. Bea Camille Natalaray, Medical Officer 3 of the DoH regional office, said that while the whole region, including Bacolod City, was tagged as "low risk area" in the latest DoH classification, "the guidelines and alert level classification released by the National Inter-Agency Task Force has still to be followed."
