THE Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) has announced that the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases approved face-to-face classes in all degree programs in higher education institutions (HEIs) in areas under Alert Level 2 status or modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) in other areas.
