GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite: A Japanese man was found hanging by the neck in his house in Barangay San Francisco, Tuesday night, November 9.
LtCol. Norman Rañon, acting police chief of Gen. Trias, identified the victim as Yoshimine Fujikura, a 68-year-old Japanese national living in Tierra Nevada Subdivision, Barangay San Francisco, Gen. Trias City.
