TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite: Mayor Agnes Tolentino of Tagaytay City has withdrawn her certificate of candidacy (CoC) for representative of the Eighth District of Cavite at the Provincial Election Office here at Capitol grounds in Barangay Luciano on Wednesday, five days before the deadline set by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for withdrawal and substitution of candidates.
To run for Congress in Mayor Tolentino's place is her daughter Aniela Tolentino.
