AUTHORITIES arrested a rookie policeman in Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat who allegedly shot dead a female college student and wounded two others on Thursday in Koronadal City.
Bagumbayan police chief Maj. Felix Fornan said the suspect, Pat. Roland Lopez, 29, was arrested at 1 p.m. while fleeing aboard a silver Toyota Altis along the main highway in the said town.
