IT was another busy weekend in Negros Occidental for members of the Rotary Club of Bacolod-Marapara and the Rotaract Club of Marapara.

Led by Marapara Rotary President Rolando Corona, members planted mangrove seedlings in Barangay Banago in Bacolod City on Saturday with volunteers from the Philippine Coast Guard, maritime police, fire officers, Bacolod tugboat crews, local officials and personnel from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
