THE Commission on Human Rights (CHR) expressed support for a measure in the House of Representatives, which seeks to protect the mental well-being of students enrolled in state universities and colleges (SUCs).
The House approved the proposed SUCs Mental Health Service Act or House Bill 0284 on second reading during last week's plenary session.
