Green and inclusive recovery in the post-pandemic world

A FEW weeks ago, I joined a public policy conference titled "Reset and Rebuild for a Better Philippines in the Post-Pandemic World." In the said conference, I participated in the green and inclusive recovery session where I had the opportunity to answer some questions from the audience.

Question: To ensure accountability in our goal toward green and inclusive recovery for the Philippines, what are the plans (short, medium, long term) of the government in ensuring transparency reporting (ex. Enhanced Transparency Framework of the Paris Agreement, verifiable M&E systems and related frameworks) and are there other country examples where we could learn from?
