RUSSIAN Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) Chief Executive Officer Kirill Dmitriev said on Saturday that the single-dose Sputnik Light vaccine could serve as a perfect booster for all Covid-19 vaccines regardless of platform.
Dmitriev said the production of Sputnik V vaccine has stabilized since August, allowing the RDIF and Russia's Gamaleya Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology to deliver more doses to different countries, including the Philippines.
