YOUNG voters literally have the power to make or unmake the next president in the upcoming 2022 elections, according to the Commission on Elections (Comelec).

Comelec spokesman James Jimenez disclosed over the week that the age brackets 18 to 30 and 18 to 40, which is classified as the youth vote, comprises 51 percent of the projected 66.9 million total registered voters.
