FORMER senator Juan Ponce Enrile and Sorsogon Gov. Francis "Chiz" Escudero lauded the dismissal of the drug complaint filed against Julian Ongpin by Judge Romeo Agacita Jr. for lack of probable cause.
Enrile described the ruling of the Regional Trial Court in San Fernando City, La Union "meritorious justice."
