The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has collected P3 billion from swine meat imports so far, but expects P3.4 billion in losses due to the decreased tariff scheme, according to the Department of Finance (DoF).

The DoF said in a statement on Monday that the BoC reported that pork imports totaled 197 million kilograms from April 7 to November 12 this year.
