THE House of Representatives has given its final nod to a bill providing for the construction of the Pacific Palisades Superhighway that will connect the Bicol region and several provinces.
House Bill (HB) 10335), hurdled on third and final reading on Tuesday, provides for a "national superhighway that will connect the Bicol Region and the provinces of Quezon, Aurora, Quirino, Isabela, and Cagayan shall be constructed".
