SEN. Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao on Monday appealed to pole vault athlete EJ Obiena to reconsider his plan to retire amid his row with the Philippine Track and Field Athletics Association (Patafa).
Patafa reportedly ordered Obiena to return about 85,000 euros or over P4.8 million after accusing him of falsifying his liquidations. The group said Obiena did not pay his coach Vitaly Petrov, an allegation denied by the latter.
