MEMBERS of the sangguniang kabataan (SK or youth council) will be mobilized as data encoders to augment the manpower needed for the government's planned National Vaccination Days next week, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) said on Monday.
Jonathan Malaya, the DILG spokesman and undersecretary, said the youth sector had already expressed its intent to help the three-day vaccination drive of the national government, dubbed as the "Bayanihan Bakunahan National Vaccination Days," to be held from November 29 to December 1.
