BEIJING: China has rolled out a new financial tool to support the clean and efficient use of coal amid efforts to push forward green and low-carbon development.
The country will introduce a targeted re-lending program with a quota of 200 billion yuan ($31.3 billion) to support the clean and efficient use of coal, a State Council executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang decided on Wednesday.
