THE government is looking to borrow P70 billion from domestic sources next month, the Treasury bureau said on Thursday, significantly lower than than the year-earlier's P120 billion and November's P200 billion.
National Treasurer Rosalia de Leon, in a statement, said the December borrowing program was lower as fewer auctions would be staged due to the Christmas holidays.
