How can an under- represented voice be heard in a field mostly dominated by men?

In a study entitled Empowerment of Women in Agriculture, Philippine Fiber Development Authority Deputy Executive Director and Program Head for the Department of Agriculture (DA) Gender Equality and Social Inclusion, Annray Villota-Rivera presented and discussed this gender bias in Philippine agriculture partiality during one of the meetings of the members of the National Banner Program Committee on High Value Crops- Fruits and Vegetables on November 5, 2021.
