A pleasant discovery not too long ago is finding suppliers of hamachis in the metro. Hamachi is considered as the third popular fish after salmon and tuna, and is commonly used in making sushi.

Also called Japanese amberjack, hamachis are known to have a good amount of fat as well as firm meat, making this an enjoyable dish by the family. Suppliers can be found in marketplace but I also found a few in my food-related community groups.
