THE Philippines has allowed fully vaccinated foreigners of non-visa countries to enter the country from December 1 to December 15, Malacañang announced on Friday.
Acting Palace spokesman Karlo Alexei Nograles said the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), during its Thursday meeting, approved the guidelines for foreigners coming from "green" countries, territories or jurisdictions tagged as low risk for coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
