THE Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) and the Bukidnon State University (BSU) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for their implementation of freedom of information (FOI) programs in the university.
During the Bukidnon leg of the 2021 Transparency Roadshow, PCOO Secretary Martin Andanar said the gesture was a step closer to a more transparent and accountable Filipino community.
