THE interest rate ceiling on unpaid credit card balances has been kept at 2 percent each month by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
"The maximum interest rate or finance charge on unpaid outstanding credit card balance of a cardholder remains at 2 percent per month or 24 percent per year," the central bank said in a statement released on Friday.
