Environmental engineers at the forefront of climate action

[This is the keynote message I delivered during the 13th Annual National Convention and General Assembly of the Society of Environmental Engineers of the Philippines with the theme 'SEEP: Gearing Towards Inclusivity and Standardization of the Environmental Engineering Practice in the Philippines.']

THE ongoing crises have exposed our extreme vulnerabilities. The Covid-19 pandemic has upended the way we live and the way we do business. It has shone a light on the domino effect that is triggered when one element is destabilized in the interconnected system of human health, the environment and economic stability.
