WHAT has hogged the headlines of late is the water cannoning by Chinese coast guard vessels of wooden-hulled Filipino boats carrying supplies of food to the Philippine Navy troops guarding the BRP Sierra Madre that had been run aground on Ayungin Shoal years ago.
