BACOLOD CITY: The provincial government of Negros Occidental offers free entrance to fully vaccinated residents at the Mambukal Mountain Resort in Barangay Minoyan, Murcia, provincial administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz said.
Diaz said the government-operated Mambukal Resort will have a soft reopening on Wednesday, December 1, where tourists can enjoy boating in the lagoon, a hot spring bath, rental huts and trekking to waterfalls.
