A new ruling on health protocols by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) will not affect late-coming imports like Justin Brownlee of Barangay Ginebra and Tony Bishop of Meralco.
PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial told The Manila Times that these imports had been given a 9-A temporary visitor's visa and a special permit from the Department of Foreign Affairs, making them exempted from the new protocols.
