Dear PAO,

For failure to redeem a foreclosed property, the other party filed in court a complaint for consolidation of title. The case was referred for mediation proceeding during which time, amicable settlement was reached wherein we both agreed to extend the period to redeem the property. This was approved by the court, and judgment was rendered based on our agreement. During the given extended period, we again failed to repurchase the property. Now that the decision has become final, is it legally possible to come to another compromise agreement with the same party?
