THE United States is weaponizing democracy as a means of pressuring countries, including its allies, to align themselves with Washington against China and Russia, a political analyst said on Wednesday.
Bobby Tuazon, Center for People Empowerment in Governance (Cenpeg) director, made the remark at the Pandesal Forum which assessed the Democracy Summit organized by US President Joe Biden and its impact on Asia and global geopolitics.
