AT least 500 people in Sagay City in Negros Occidental and Alabel town in Sarangani have benefitted from a United States agency's installation of sanitary toilets.
The US Embassy in the Philippines said the provision of the sanitary toilets was funded through an innovative funding program by the United States Agency for International Development (USAid) and its partners.
