BACOLOD CITY: Two fishermen who were reported missing on Tuesday were rescued by fellow fisherfolk off the waters of Linaon, Cauayan, Negros Occidental on Thursday, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported on Friday.
The PCG said fisherfolk Joevel Tipon, 29, and Noel de la Cruz, 19, who are both from Binalbagan town, drifted at sea for two days and two nights while clinging and sitting on the outrigger of their capsized fishing boat.
