CHINA and Japan have provided aid and relief goods to victims of Typhoon "Odette" (international name: Rai), the majority of whom were rendered homeless.
Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian on Tuesday said Chinese relief goods were on their way to the devastated areas.
