TWO members of the La Union police were now under restrictive custody for allegedly mauling an arrested suspect, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Dionardo Bernardo Carlos on Sunday said.
Carlos ordered BGen. Emmanuel Peralta, regional director of Police Regional Office 1, to place under restrictive custody SSg. Benjie Mamuyac and Cpl. Quincy Von Obillo at the La Union Police Provincial Station.
