AN unmanned barge ran aground at the coral sanctuary in the vicinity of Bolinao, Pangasinan early morning Monday, according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).
In an initial report, the PCG said POE 86 Kuching ran aground 1.5 nautical miles away from the shoreline of Silaqui Island at around 6:30 a.m.
