NAVAL, Biliran: A team from the Department of Public Works and Highways–Biliran District Engineering Office (DPWH-BDEO) headed by District Engr. Ferdinand Briones is in Southern Leyte to assist in the rehabilitation of the province.
The maintenance section and the technical personnel (civil engineers) of BDEO will help in clearing the rubble and debris to make the roads passable.
