DEFENSE Secretary Delfin Lorenzana dubbed as "fake news," a viral social media video which said that the country will be placed under martial law due to the sharp increase in new coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases daily.
"Not true. Fake news. Definitely out of the picture. There is no compelling reason to declare martial law," Lorenzana said.
