Prepare for change

LAST December I finally came to meet fellow columnist, Ambassador Rigoberto Tiglao, a prolific writer who has published so many books. He has also written a few articles about me and my crusade against the the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People's Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF), when I was still with the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-Elcac). For that I am truly grateful to him and that meeting gave me an opportunity to thank the man in person.

For those who do not know Ambassador Bobi Tiglao, let me give a brief introduction.
