MIDSAYAP, North Cotabato: No court hearing has been conducted at the Kidapawan City Hall of Justice in North Cotabato because the power supply has been cut by the electric cooperative.
The Cotabato Electric Cooperative (Cotelco) shut down the power supply to the Kidapawan justice hall building that houses regional trial courts and the public attorney's office (PAO) after it failed to settle its electric bill amounting to more than P300,000.
