SENATE President Vicente "Tito" Sotto 3rd on Monday said there is no more time for Congress to tackle any proposal to pursue Charter change (Cha-cha) to lift term limits.
Pampanga Third District Rep. Aurelio "Dong" Gonzales Jr. earlier filed Resolution of Both Houses (RBH) 7 urging the Senate and House of Representatives to convene into a constituent assembly to lift the term limits of the President, Vice President, among others.
