PHILIPPINE Red Cross (PRC) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard Gordon was unable to attend the relief distribution at Ubay, Bohol, scheduled for Jan. 6, 2022, because of safety measures as the plane's pilot tested positive for Covid-19 before departure.
Previously on Jan. 2, 2022, Gordon was unable to attend the cash distribution due to inclement weather in the province.
