THE Covid-19 pandemic situation in the country continued to weigh on the market, prompting the Philippine index to decline on Monday.
The bellwether Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) was down by 0.52 percent or 37.51 points to its day low of 7,223.83, while the broader All Shares shed 0.26 percent or 10.06 points to close at 3,845.24.
