AGLIPAY, Quirino: After more than three years in hiding, authorities here finally arrested a man wanted for rape in Leyte province.
On Sunday, Lt. Col. Efren Fernandez 2nd, Police Regional Office 2 (PRO2) information officer, revealed that a certain Rolan Espinosa, 32, a native of Ormoc City in Leyte was arrested in Sitio Casi-Casi in this town.
