THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) expressed confidence that it will be able to finish the printing of more than 67 million ballots for the May 9 elections in time despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The poll body on Tuesday disclosed that it will start the printing of 67,442,714 ballots today, January 19, until April 21.
