THE governments of the Philippines and France signed a joint declaration affirming the two countries' commitment to ensure the development of the dairy sector, the Department of Agriculture said.
In a statement, it said Agriculture Secretary William Dar and Ambassador of the French Republic to the Philippines Michèle Boccoz signed the deal on January 17 during a virtual ceremony.
