Mass vaccination, not mass testing

IT is a fact that the optimal response to the Covid-19 pandemic is a combination of vaccination, testing and contact tracing, and a robust health system. There was a time, particularly during the early stages of the pandemic, when vaccinations were not yet readily and widely available, that the push was for mass testing.
