Covid-19 vaccines for kids to arrive on Jan 31

THE first shipment of the reformulated anti-coronavirus vaccines for children aged five to 11 is set to be delivered by the end of the month, National Task Force Against Covid-19 chief implementer and vaccine czar Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr. announced Friday.

"Darating na nga po this coming January 31 ang iniintay po natin na bakuna na children formulation na five to 11. At magsisimula na po tayo magbakuna sa first week ng February (Arriving this coming January 31 is the vaccine we've been waiting for which is the children formulation for those five to 11. We will begin vaccination by the first week of February)," Galvez said during the ceremonial vaccination done at the QualiMed Clinic in Makati City for the second mini rollout of the government's "Resbakuna sa Bakuna at Klinika" initiative.
