Are Sixers, Kings talking trade?

WITH less than three weeks left before the NBA trade deadline, more rumors are coming out from everywhere. Some of these rumors are legitimate, which means there are actual calls being made between Team A and Team B.

On the other hand, some rumors are not really based on actual negotiations. Some teams would "manufacture" rumors just to create a false sense of interest to a certain player. Does this sound like something 76ers president Daryl Morey would do? Perhaps.
