THE Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) has put on hold its mediation offer to pole vaulter Ernest John "EJ" Obiena after he decided not to participate in the proceedings that will bring him and the Philippine Athletic Track and Field Association (Patafa) to the negotiating table.
