PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte is planning to make another round of visits to areas in the Visayas and Mindanao hit by Typhoon "Odette" late last year to personally see the progress of rehabilitation and rebuilding efforts.
The Chief Executive made the remarks after reports reached his office that some government agencies have been lagging behind in fulfilling their promises to the typhoon survivors.
