BEIJING: Chinese President Xi Jinping is set to chair a virtual summit on Tuesday commemorating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and five Central Asian countries, an event observers said will lay the ground for more economic and trade cooperation.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties between China and five Central Asian countries — Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
